A Spectacular and Dramatic Antique Handmade Lace Collar Fashioned from Heavy Tan Cording, 8x29"

This antique ivory corded "lace" collar has presence with its beautifully made and dramatic floral design. It is not really a type of lace but the maker was going for a lacy look. It is heavy and bold and almost feels like a tan flannel.

The condition is mostly excellent; it has a break at the nape of the neck otherwise it is great. Offered "as discovered." c. 20th century. Stock 22426
