Superb Set of Eight Italian White Linen and Buratto Lace Embroidered Doily / Coasters, 7.5"

This exquisite set of 8 white linen antique coasters have net darned drawnwork lace edging with little sugar bowls and they are also embroidered with exquisite "BFA" monograms. They are the initials of the heiress to a New England department store family. The quality and rarity are unsurpassed.

They measure 7.25". The condition is excellent. c. 1920-40s.
