A Splendid Antique White Duvet Cover with Wonderful Ruffles, 64x48"

This fine very light cotton antique duvet cover is surrounded by ruffles and it has embroidered lace across the front through which I have threaded peach ribbon. It opens on one side for a comforter to be inserted but it also looks lovely without being filled. It is unusual and particularly pretty. It measures 48x64" not including the 4.5" ruffle. The condition is excellent even with a small area of discoloration. It is floaty and gorgeous! c.1920-40s. Stock 16630
