Ancient Antique and Brilliant Hand Colored Engraving, In Lib primum Dioscoridis (XVI century)

This great handcolored print is Plate 203 from a Venetian Book: P. Liberale del Udine by Wolfgang Meyerpeck, c.1583, In Lib primum Dioscoridis. It has brilliant and wonderful colors even though the printing on the reverse does ghost through a bit. The mat measures 13.75x18" and the image size is 8x12". I bought the engravings years ago in Italy because I was utterly charmed by their condition and their age, but never used or displayed these.
