Superb French Antique Unused Ecru Metis Sheet Set for Double Bed, a Flat Top Sheet Along with a Matching Elasticized Fitted Bottom Sheet

This antique ecru metis sheet is plain except for the hemstitched hem. The set includes a rare, fitted bottom sheet with elasticized corners. It is machine stitched. The top sheet measures 76x106" and the bottom sheet is 51x75" x 7" deep. The label reads "Dralux" brand, Controle de Qualité. Métis is a wonderful French fabric that is a blend of linen and cotton and combines the very best features of both. Not only is it a hard-wearing, comfortable fabric but also, it softens with repeated laundering. It's wonderful! The condition is excellent.
