Superb and Unusual "Thick Roses" Folk Art Linen Runner with 3-Dimensional Punched Work Piled Rug with Big "American Beauty" Red Roses, 16x25" This wonderful vintage ecru linen runner or decorative hanging has hand-crocheted lace edges and hand punched or piled large red and pink roses with green foliage outlined in black. The roses are thick and three-dimensional. This is the only piece of this type of piled rug on fabric that I have seen. I am not sure if it was not popular here in New England or if it just was not popular, period. It is really neat. Perfect condition, c. 20th century. It measures 16x25". Stock 0307.
