Pillow Sizes Standard Pillow is 20"x26" • Queen Pillow is 20"x 30" • King Pillow is 20"x36" There is nothing like using beautiful, old pillow cases. They add a warmth and graciousness to a bed that is not easily achieved by any other means. Old pillowcases can be surprisingly large and many fall just in between queen and king size, but may still work well on a king size pillow, according to your personal preferences.
