To Order: I know it seems counter-intuitive, but ordering here is "low tech!" If you let me know what you would like, I'll calculate the total with shipping and get back to you with easy payment instructions. Please include contact info as well as a phone number in case your email address bounces back to me. (tell me your time zone, too... unless you want me wake you up in the middle of the night!) I answer every email pretty promptly. If you have not heard from me within 24 hours, please check your spam folder! My reply may come from a different email address. Items are reserved in the order that requests arrive. The good news is that there is just me here so you get very personal service. The bad news is that antique linens are addictive!!! I have a powerful, spam filter and it is helpful to put the word "linens" in the subject line. Don't forget to tell me your shoe size, too! (kidding.) I will email you a tracking number once your items have been packed. Thank you!

PAYMENT
I accept checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. International money orders must be in US dollars. (for more info on electronic payments, check out Paypal.com). If you pay by personal check, merchandise will be held until the check clears. You will be notified by email when your item has shipped. You will also get a tracking number. Tracking numbers are not yet available to international shipments. When paying by check, please make payable to: Cynthia Cooper RETURNS I will accept a return on any item for any reason but you must notify me within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the item. The only cost to you is shipping. The item must be returned within seven days. The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent. The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive the item, you are liable for the cost. For items that are returned after seven days, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If they are returned after 30 days, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply and after 60 days, a 25% fee will be deducted. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. You may want to keep the packing materials so that, if need be, you can return the item to me as carefully as I have packed it for you.
