Superb Pair of Antique Persian Embroidered Hanging Valances from a Museum collection, 19th century This very long decorative pair of antique burgundy-colored Persian valances come from the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. They are embroidered with floral, palmate and pomegranite designs and have lush silvery gray fringe. They measure 13.5x122". There is wear but they are beautiful. 19th century. Stock 9738. $2,000.
