This exquisite antique tripartite white linen tablecloth has a center needle point lace medallion with winged angels (cherub, putti, putto, cupids), one of whom is sitting on the lap of a woman/goddess who is wearing a necklace. It is embroidered with gorgeous cutwork and filet lace edging. The filet lace is scalloped with a flower in each scallop. It measures 79x". The condition is mostly excellent even with some minor losses. c.1900-20s. Stock 19796. $650. Sorry, this item has been sold. 2007.
