RETURN policy
I will accept a return on any item, for any reason, but you must notify me within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the item. The only cost to you will be shipping.

The item must be returned to me within seven days. (so, please let me know as soon as possible that you will be returning it.)

The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent.

The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive the item, you are responsible for it.

For items that are returned after seven days, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If they are returned after 30 days, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

After 60 days, a 25% fee will be deducted.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Please note: For a super easy return, please ask me to enclose a prepaid postage label for the return shipping. You will be charged only for the postage and it will make your return easy and simple.

LAYAWAY policy

the policy has changed (please read the following:)

1. No items from the "new this month" section can be laid away until the 15th of that month.

2. Please note that shipping costs may increase between the time the item is placed on layaway and the time the item is actually shipped. You will be charged for the increased postage.

3. Payments must be made monthly.

4. No discounts can apply to layaway items.

5. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to returns of layaway items.

In order to layaway any items, email me with the following info:

Stock number w/ brief description

Address for Shipping

Telephone Number (I won't call you unless I have a problem)

When I receive your email, I will calculate the total cost of the item(s), including shipping and insurance. I will email this info to you with the $ amount needed as a deposit and the amount of your monthly payments. Once the deposit is received, you should make payments within a month's time. Paypal or credit card payments are required from new buyers.
