Exquisite Antique Off-White Linen Italian Show Towel Embroidered with "SM" Monogram, 29x44"

This gorgeous antique off-white or ecru linen towel is embroidered with a design of flowers intertwined with a large 7.5" high "SM" monogram. It also features wonderful drawnwork borders in two techniques.

it is all made and sewn by hand and it is uncommonly lovely. It measures 29x44".

The condition is excellent. c. 20th century.
