A Rare, Exquisite and Grand Set of Four Antique Dinner Napkins woven with monogram and Royal Crest of Vittorio Emanuele III, King of Italy, dated 1940 and other dates, Center Medallion Design

This set of 4 immense white linen damask vintage napkins actually were "fit for a king." The superb damask fabric is woven with the monogram of Vittorio Emanuele III, King of Italy, who was crowned in 1900 and reigned until his death.

The napkins feature the royal crests and parts of the "Royal Standard of the king of Italy" inside a diamond-shaped medallion in the center.

The designs are beautiful and the provenance is as good as it gets! The dateline reads "RCC-1940" reale casa _, royal house [illegible] 1940 and other years; the dates vary. They measure 38x35". The condition report: all 4 are in excellent condition. c. 1940s. Stock 21211.
