Superb Antique White Cotton Collar Embroidered with Whitework Flowers and Tiny Buttonhole Stitched Circles, 11x2"

This gorgeous antique white cotton collar is embroidered with a beautiful floral design in teensy tiny stitches and it has overcast scalloped edges. The fine work is breathtaking; it would be a beautiful addition to a collar or an embroidery collection. It measures 2x11".

It has been deaccessioned from a museum collection and it has the museum i.d. number sewn on the reverse. The condition is imperfect; it does have some holes and wear. c.1900s. Stock 18209
