This beautiful English rectangular mahogany serving tray has silverplated gallery rails and handles and it is inlaid with satinwood and olivewood in the center shell medallion. It also has a border of olivewood stringing 1-1/2" from the edge. The inlay is pretty and the silvery rails make it even more special. It measures 11x18", not including the handles which stick out another 2 ". It rests on silver bun feet which are original to the piece. It has some assorted nicks and scratches, but nothing unusual or unexpected. Excellent condition, 19th century. Stock 0126. $950.
