This fabulous set of 11 pearl gray cambric napkins are embroidered in blue, gray and charcoal thread in the amazing pattern called "Knight." They measure 5x7". The condition is perfect. Marghab Linens were produced in Madeira, Portugal between 1934-1984 and were considered the finest embroidery crafted at the time. Emile Marghab, Inc. was renowned for its unrelenting pursuit of, and demand for, perfection in both its products and artisans. Vera Marghab was the driving force behind the imaginative and beautiful designs executed to her standards of perfection. During the company’s reign the exquisite linens were sought after by politicians, movie stars, diplomats and industrialists due to their unmatched quality, exacting standards, and beauty of design.
