This enormous set of 12 mid-19th century antique French napkins are grand and historic. They measure 27" x 37" and are woven in the very old diamond diaper pattern with wide borders. There are small hand embroidered red "MC" monograms in one corner and whitework "AF" monograms in the center. Huguenot provenance.

Excellent condition even with very faint stains (that most people would not notice.) These are the epitome of graciousness and beauty. c.1850.
