This magnificent pair of French antique white linen shams are embroidered with rows of fleur de lis along the scalloped edges and they also have hemstitched borders. They are embroidered with extraordinary whitework "AEK" monograms.

They measure 37x27"; the pillow space is 31x21". The condition is excellent. The effect is breathtaking! France, c. 19th century.
