This embroidered white linen tablecloth and napkin set is extraordinarily pretty. It is accented with punchwork mosaic "lace" edge designs and is beautifully embroidered with fine ribbons and flowers and truly lovely butterflies. This set is wonderful because of the large size, not only of the cloth but also of the napkins; its excellent quality, workmanship, exceptional design and condition. It measures 70x120" and has nine large 23" square dinner napkins. Several of the napkins have some permanent pale stains or spots (I did try, but could not get them out.) One has a small hole; another has stains and a worn area. The condition is otherwise excellent. c.1900-30s. Stock 13992. $595.
